Our Booking Policy — Transparent & Simple
A 10% retainer is required to secure your date and officially begin the design process. This retainer also functions as your design fee — meaning your creative consultation, concept development, and styling direction are covered from day one. The retainer must be received prior to your site visit. Following your visit, a fully personalized proposal will be delivered to you within 15 business days. We believe in complete clarity so you can plan with confidence.
